 Our Mission

Our mission is to empower the community with truth and transparency, bridging the gaps where they may sometimes be lacking. In my endeavors, I will set my sights on enhancing seven pivotal pillars of our existence: Governance, Education, Healthcare, Religion, Family, Business, and Arts/Culture. These key elements form the foundation of our collective progress, and I aim to dedicate my efforts to beautify and uplift each one. Furthermore, I believe that the strength of our community lies in the voices and concerns of its members. As a candidate committed to positive change, I encourage you to reach out and share your thoughts, questions, and concerns

Education is the foundation of our society, and I believe that parents play a crucial role in shaping our children's future. I am committed to encouraging parental involvement in our educational system to ensure that every child receives the support they need to succeed. Let the money for education follow the child, school choice and beyond
A healthy population is a strong population, and I advocate for greater parental involvement in healthcare decisions. Together, we can build a healthcare system that values the input of parents and ensures the well-being of every individual in our community.
Freedom of religion is a fundamental right that should never be infringed upon. I pledge to protect this liberty and ensure that nobody is forced to abandon their beliefs, regardless of the situation.
To strengthen family bonds and promote a healthy lifestyle, I will advocate for the construction of more parks and facilities that cater to family activities. Together, we can foster family values and create opportunities for memorable moments. As your representative, I will also collaborate with the Louisiana Tourist Commission to promote tourism, campsites, and museums that families can enjoy together.
During times of crises, small businesses should have the freedom to make their own decisions. I will work to implement laws and regulations that empower small businesses and allow them to thrive even in challenging times. Our goal is also to transform challenges into opportunities for business growth while ensuring a safer and more secure city. By implementing comprehensive crime reduction strategies, we can not only enhance safety but also create an environment conducive to economic prosperity. I invite you to join me in our efforts to not only lower crime rates but also pave the way for a thriving community that thrives on safety, cooperation, and economic advancement. Together, we can turn potential obstacles into avenues for business success and community well-being.
Our culture is a reflection of who we are as a society. I encourage open dialogue and speaking out against harmful media and TV programming. Let's come together to preserve our values and promote a culture that uplifts and unites us.
Transparency and accountability are crucial in government. I am committed to creating boundaries for our governing bodies and holding them accountable to the people they serve. Let's work together to ensure a responsible and efficient government.Louisiana is a treasure trove of opportunities, from its picturesque landscapes to its rich cultural heritage.

About our Jennie

We all have those exceptionally kind-hearted individuals in our lives, whom we wish we could have more of, and even see them in positions of power due to their incredible helpfulness. She is undoubtedly one of those remarkable souls who embodies the spirit of a true neighbor – someone whom everyone desires to have. Her remarkable ability to bring communities together by initiating meaningful conversations and organizing delightful local events is truly admirable.

"I am not a politician, and I never envisioned myself running for public office. I have spent my adult life serving others in the private sector and I have been blessed with success in all I have done. I worked for many years in the life insurance business, making sure that families would be protected and provided for in the event of an untimely death of a primary breadwinner. I later worked for 25 years in the Airline industry as a flight attendant, getting to know people from every walk of life. I was also part of the YMCA from 2007-2014. I currently do some yardwork help locally. I generally make it a point to support small businesses by shopping there whenever possible. For the past 8 years, I have also been heavily involved in local charities, including Chapel on the Campus Student Outreach and as a Chaplain for the Hospice of Baton Rouge and Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport. The diversity of my experience and background has given me unique insight into the concerns of Louisiana citizens. I am sensitive to those concerns because I have faced them myself. From big government and heavy taxes that suffocate small business to the assault on the traditional family to the threat of political indoctrination in our schools to the increasing criminal violence in our streets, our world seems rudderless. If honored to serve you in the Legislature, I make this pledge: I will never forget the people of District 70 who elected me, I will never put any big special interest group before the concerns of the citizens who elected me, and I will fight tirelessly to make Louisiana a safe harbor once again, a prosperous and unified place we can all be proud to call home."
